07:00PM - 09:00PM:  Sculpture 101 - 3D Form, Art & Empathy

A virtual on-line interactive class introducing three (3) D visual arts, taught by local Roswell artist and a founding member of the Roswell Firelabs, Harpo Park. We will discuss a variety of materials including oil and water based clay. The schedule will be four (4) weekly classes (cost covers all four sessions).  Links to remote classroom / virtual learning platforms will be provided prior to class.

Artist Statement:
"Sculpture is a visual art form with many nuanced layers of meaning. Week Two

Chapters: Facial Features

Guest Speaker- Gregory Johnson, Georgia Based Sculptor will discuss armatures and initial set-up and organization of bust .

Week Three

Chapters: Facial Expressions and Aging

Guest Speaker: Basil Watson, Georgia Based Sculptor will discuss various mediums including stone, clay, marble, terra cotta and plaster, others.
