Cancellation Policy
Your membership may be cancelled or suspended under any of the following conditions:
- Your dues are unpaid for more than 30 days - in this case, your membership will be put into a "lapsed" status and your access card may be disabled until you become current on dues.
- You inform the Executive Director that you intend to cancel/suspend your membership.
- The Executive Director gives notice that your membership will be terminated for violation of our Code of Conduct.
Dues paid for memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by the Executive Director.
Refund Policy
Refunds for event RSVP's are granted upon request, provided that:
- You request a refund at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event. Events have planned material costs based on registered attendees, so any cancellations must occur before the event.
