06:00PM - 08:00PM:  Laser-Cut Holiday Ornaments

Learn the basics of how to use a laser cutter, with a holiday theme!  By the end of this course, you will learn:

  • Laser Safety
  • Speed & Power Settings
  • Paths vs. Rasters
  • Common Laser Materials
  • Calibrating Focal Distance

You will also be able to cut up to SIX custom ornaments out of cast acrylic sheet.

We will have a variety of designs for you to pick from, or you can bring your own design.  If you bring your own, please bring a personal laptop with your design, and make sure your design it is in a .SVG vector file format and no larger than 4x4" in dimension.  Please wear closed-toe shoes and a mask.
