TIG Welding with Aluminum 

In this TIG class you will learn the process of learning how to prep and weld aluminum and what to look for when welding aluminum. This is an advance welding process but anyone can join! We will cover the different types of welding options for corner welds and lap welds. Cover metal prepping and cleaning and the two major different types of aluminum grades. If you're a beginner with TIG I will cover the welder setup and what functions do what as well as the leads/equipment. We will be cutting coupons to make cubes so that we can all do one corner weld and one lap weld. This welding will involve using both hands as well as a foot to help increase or decrease amperage. I would highly urge some YouTube University on beginning TIG welding so that you can understand the physical dexterity of this type of welding.
