This area brings together Roswell Firelabs' laser cutters and its full lineup of 3-D printers, a resin printer, vinyl cutter, and heat-press equipment — everything from a first laser-cut coaster to a multi-color 3-D print or a custom-pressed T-shirt.

SAFETY ESSENTIALS
Laser radiation hazardAlways close laser machines before cutting — hazardous light is in use.
Do not open while runningDo not open the SLA resin printer enclosure while it's running.
Hot surface hazardDo not touch 3-D printer extruders, print beds, or heat-press surfaces during or immediately after use — wait for them to cool.
Protective gloves requiredWear heat-resistant gloves when handling hot surfaces, and gloves when working with SLA resin or other chemicals.
Cut hazard – do not touch bladesDo not touch vinyl-cutter blades.
Entanglement hazard – secure hair and clothingSecure loose hair, clothing, and accessories around moving parts.

Training & Certification

Laser certification training runs Thursdays at 4:00 PM with Steve Joiner (reach him on Slack). Training slides exist and are shared with members directly — ask Steve for access. No standing training schedule is documented yet for the 3-D printing / heat-press side; ask Jason or John.
